Mette creates experiences where people can pause, reconnect and engage more honestly with themselves. Through creativity, reflection and sensory exploration, she invites participants into a process that is both calm and active. A space where awareness and self-activation happen together.

As we listened to Mette describe her work, what continued to surface was that stillness and motion are not opposites, they are experienced together.

These principles influence every aspect of the work, from the way workshops are facilitated to the atmosphere people encounter.

Solidity creates the structure.

It offers steadiness, presence and trust, giving participants the confidence to slow down and respond to what naturally unfolds.

Fluidity shapes the process.

It creates space for curiosity, exploration and new perspectives to emerge, allowing each participant’s experience to develop in its own way.

Colour Story

Graphic Elements

The colour palette is drawn from the same source. Iris, Garnet and Ochre each hold their own character, and like pigment released into water, are never quite fixed. Iris creates a sense of depth and presence. Garnet brings warmth that grounds. Ochre offers a moment of unexpected light.

Layered watercolour forms carry the fluidity of the work, exploration, movement, the gradual unfolding of something that cannot be rushed. Each form is its own, unrepeatable, shaped as much by chance as by intention.

Held around them are structured contours and defined boundaries, echoing of the objects at the centre of each experience. These give the forms their edges, the steadiness that lets the movement inside them make sense. Fluidity is never left to drift. It is always held within structure.

The mark is built from Mette's initials M and T, not as a monogram but as an architecture, a contained space with corridors, internal paths and room to move through.

The wordmark, lowercase and level, geometric in its structure and soft at its terminals; it never plays the hero, reminiscent of Mette’s role in the journey of those she works with.

Neither element dominates the other.

The typographic system works in three registers, each holding a different part of Mette's voice.

Instrument Serif carries the headings. Considered and expressive, it brings a literary quality to the moments that matter most, with italics used to lean on a single word, the way emphasis lands in speech.

Inclusive Sans holds the body. Clear, open and unpretentious, it keeps longer passages readable. The font family name coincidentally carries the ethos of Mette’s interactions.

Kode Mono handles the structural elements, menus, labels and small accents, bringing order and a technical edge that reflect the contours holding the watercolour forms.

Together the three move between expression and precision, the same balance that runs through the identity.
